Teaching Philosophy

My prominence as an educator would be to enlighten and support the young developing minds of those who

strive into learning about life and what surrounds it, valuing those individuals who initiate learning without or

with learning disabilities. My understanding of being an educator is being able to teach any type of individual

social skills, critique thinking, writing, and problem solving. Incorporating the basic fundamentals will push students to not give up on education. I believe every student deserves an educator who is motivated and can become that "milestone" in a child's future. I was once a child myself and I was given all the education I could possibly receive. All children have a right to education, to educate themselves, to educate others.

As becoming an educator in a series of links like many, I become a "keeper" in honouring the many gifts of learning and empower any child in my hands to take advantage of them. It's important as an educator who you must be towards your children. This will help develop remarkable one on one relationships with each child, and it comes from authentic compassion and love. Children can reach the best of their abilities when an educator dedicates time, encourage learning new things, when children approach for help the educator should sit down one on one, comfort and help in good and bad situations, involvement, and striving for goals.

As an educator, providing an environment where children feel safe to engage, socialize, explore abilities, contribute in group discussions, going the extra mile to learn, express themselves, ensures children to feel welcomed. One on one with children is a key factor in a child's learning experience because not all children develop the same, some need the extra help. I am here to support every child no matter what race, ethnicity, or learning styles they have. Each child deserves equal support and guidance to having a successful future.
